Low fat diet....anywhere after three weeks you will feel the effects of detox. Your body I's using up old fat stores to use as fuel. So you will get the bad feelings of detox as your body cleans it self out....I'm not a doctor but it will happen on and off as you use up old stored energy...keep eating raw as much as you can or juice raw veggies and greens..you will beat this..
