zwei jahre später als der song rauskam, hatte ich gezwungenermaßen ein stahlhelm auf dem schädel und krabbelte schwerbewaffnet durch s Gebüsch und war gerademal 18 jahre alt. Der Text spiegelt ziemlich gut die damalige Gemütslage von vielen meiner generation wider.

@eleisya Wenn man bedenkt, dass die meisten Songs in der Zeit, vor dem Hintergrund einer Atomkriegsangst geschrieben worden sind, hat sich das wenigstens, Großteils, erledigt. Erschreckend find' ich, dass immer noch so viele Texte aus der Zeit heute passen.

I bought this LP in 1982, and I still got it. Yes is one of the best LP's ever made in music industry. Great musicians - lovely drums, voice and bass, with great rythm and melody. YESSSSSSS
