  • How wan anyone listen to guy who looks like this. This is no plyometric. Plyometric mean you must explode as fast as you hit the ground. This stuff is scary I dont know why there are so many posers in workout world

  • The girl isnt jumping like the guys are because shes showing you how to do these exercises if your a beginner.

  • @TeamDoctorsStore shoes are so you don't actually hurt your feet, and shoes also help absorb the shock, so if you're not yet fit, you don't end up injuring yourself jumping around like that.

  • @xthailsx Obviously she's doing the low impact version of the work out for people at home watching who arent fit enough to do the full version yet. All workout videos have at least one person doing a lower impact version.

    this is the WORST video ever. The girl doesn't even put in any effort at all, perfect example being the single leg lateral hops. Here's a tip, if you can not do the workout without running out of breath, you should not be teaching it to other people.

  • This is the part of the reason that people think that the crazy ballistic exercise they're doing is plyometrics. Sorry but this is a form of ballistic weight training not plyometrics, which occurs between the limit strenght phase and the agility phase of a periodization program. Plyometrics trains the nervous system and doesn't build strength.

  • yes there is something wrong, you'll need recovery days or you're just breaking your body down. try about 3 or 4 times a week.

  • remeber, you shouldn't do high-impact workouts everyday. If you wanna workout on the off-days- lift some weights, walk, bike, swim. or you can replace this workout once in a while w/ a 30-minute jog session.
