The Saucer Men. The fucking Saucer Men. At least somebody realized that NO ONE WOULD GO SEE A MOVIE CALLED "Indiana Jones and the Saucer Men" and stopped that nonsense. Instead the title was just deceptive enough so that people would just go "Hey, Indiana Jones is back! That's awesome! Who cares what it's about, Spielberg's involved!" Again, Lucas the Marketing Genius.

I agree with Lucas that it should have been a daughter, i have nothing against Shia i think he's a good actor but Nathali Portman as Indys daughter would have been perfect.

So Stephen should have had his way about it not being Aliens or interdimensional beings and Lucas on the daughter.

The fact that Lucas actually wanted to call it "Indiana Jones and the Saucer Men" shows how badly he has lost the plot, and serves as the closing, final argument to anyone defending this film or trying to rationalize its gargantuan flaws. Yes, the movie has its moments, but ultimately succumbs to a disjointed, haphazard plot. Terrible job by Mr Koepp, courtesy of George Lucas, and Spielberg didn't resist them enough.

there was some great bits in the film but there was also some really bad for the love of god, hideing in a frige ? massive killer ants, cgi monkeys and other animals, the wedding, the son and why the hell does no one call him Indiana Jones any more. people enjoyed the third star wars (ROTS) and hated the first two (TPM and AOTC) perhaps if they make another one the way they did ROTS and Lucas has his head on RIGHT they will give the best movie ever, possibly in the series. the only one who can do that would be STEVEN SPIELBERG.

i watched the first part of this vid after i wrote my comment on the vid - the first part and i realized that it was LUCAS! that ruined Indy 4! Spielberg refused and LUCAS! wanted ALIENS! DAM HIM.
