because he is in the body. He is really consciousness. but while he is in the body he ages and puts on weight because the body is within the boundries of time. but babaji, who babaji really is (conssciousness), is above time and Matter.

The world is internal too. some people dont like to accept that it is, but it is. The more you become internally consciousness, then everything around you turns into consciousness. just thought this might help someone on the path.

Babaji as I experienced him can go in and out of a body at will. The body that many of us experienced in those years was just one of many ways he appeared to devotees. He is beyond the body and a manifestation of divinity who comes to teach and guide. He will always exist, as he always has existed...just in different forms and without having to be born into a body as we are in our karmic path.
