Have you ever noticed how the music industry promotes the same theology as well? The music industry specifically targets true Christianity, even with subliminals and reversed lyrics that blaspheme Yeshua/Jesus and Bible verses directly. In the NT alone we have 24,000+ manuscripts not to mention many others like the DSS and non-biblical writings that affirm biblical accounts. I think you are brilliant Chris White, but where you go wrong in my opinion is separating the "organized" christian church and the bible. The Catholic, Orthodox, and protestant churches obviously have paan, occultic, practices. However, so does the bible if you turn the same level of objectivity and scrutiny towards it. The bible has a lot of true principles, but it is the same as the church. A conglomeration of many different philosophies and religions. I think you will get it one day.

hahaha you can look at the kjv of 2000 and the nkjv just in the first book of Gen. you can see there have been changes made. One specific change is they took out the word "replenish" in the 2000 version adam and eve were told to go and replenish the earth, in the nkjv its not there! hmmmm even as a young child i knew not to trust the bible whole heartedly. its been changed and changed and changed.
@wheelori814 All translations are derived from the original Hebrew/Greek. There is only one step to every single Bible translation that exist. We can always go to the originals and compare and contrast easily. On top of that the Dead Sea Scrolls confirm the originals and is 95% accurate to the KJV. The fact that there are deceptive translations on particular verses and entire books that have been left out should tell you something. True researchers know how damaging religion is to the Bible.

I used to bash the Bible until I learned it. There is more "Bible" evidence (well over 24,000 manuscripts and writings) then any other historical collection of the past and it's found in several different countries and continents. We also have large amounts of archeological evidence and it all lines up.

@wheelor I know what you're saying, I spent plenty of time study our past, present, and future. The Bible is only one piece to the puzzle because all of history is the puzzle. I changed my views on the world plenty of times. No way that I could be an atheist again though. In my studies, I've grown to see that Biblical history is a focal point when it comes to many things. We can rely on the paperwork much more then people believe. It's up to the observer to interpret it and give it legit study.
@dwhite1up The bible(s) are only a piece of the puzzle. When you take into account all of the records either verbal or written and see the commonalities, you see a bigger world out there. You also see that there is a lot of astrology in the bible.
@wheelori814 I don't agree with all of astrotheology, but the Bible speaks of just about everything. Many researchers have been shown to be deliberately deceptive at times, such as the makers of Zeitgeist. What they say about Jesus in that movie has been thoroughly debunked by several people and not just by "Christians". I love history, but only if it can be supported by evidence. The Bible and the "forbidden books" go along well with world history in general on many points.

@dwhite1up - Evolution happens within spheres of animal groups on a small scale - otherwise known as microevolution. I don't believe in macroevolution at all. Most of their "evidence" is based on persuasive rhetoric and even forged skeletal remains, such as the Nebraska Man or highly debatable evidence that can just as easily be explained by a common Creator. @r The errors in the Bible do not make the base or core essentials fail, unlike in evolution. The majority of the "errors" in the Bible are at the fault of the reader or the translator himself. Understanding all of the "apocryphal" text helps too. If the Bible only had one, (not 40+) human authors, or had ZERO errors, then we would have complaints about it being entirely forged or "too perfect". It's variety with personalities and different experiences, with real histories.
@dwhite1up - My church and I are very aware of the the apocryphal texts and we are told not to bother with them unless we are following the Spirit because many of those texts are perverted by man and are there to purposely mislead people. I've read some and can spot misinformation all over the place. The book of Enoch for instance is full of lies and doesn't even sound like it was written by a prophet at all. I just ignore that garbage for the most part. I stick with the prophets.

The gospel of Jesus Christ is not a religion, but I would say "the law" was. We are now bound by grace, and have the free will to accept the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ or deny it. There will always be critics and even if the overall concept is correct, there will always be certain details that are just plain unattainable. I think you are brilliant Chris White, but where you go wrong in my opinion is separating the "organized" christian church and the bible. The Catholic, Orthodox, and protestant churches obviously have paan, occultic, practices. However, so does the bible if you turn the same level of objectivity and scrutiny towards it. The bible has a lot of true principles, but it is the same as the church. A conglomeration of many different philosophies and religions. I think you will get it one day.

hahaha you can look at the kjv of 2000 and the nkjv just in the first book of Gen. you can see there have been changes made. One specific change is they took out the word "replenish" in the 2000 version adam and eve were told to go and replenish the earth, in the nkjv its not there! hmmmm even as a young child i knew not to trust the bible whole heartedly. its been changed and changed and changed.

@wheelori814 All translations are derived from the original Hebrew/Greek. There is only one step to every single Bible translation that exist. We can always go to the originals and compare and contrast easily. On top of that the Dead Sea Scrolls confirm the originals and is 95% accurate to the KJV. The fact that there are deceptive translations on particular verses and entire books that have been left out should tell you something. True researchers know how damaging religion is to the Bible.

I used to bash the Bible until I learned it. There is more "Bible" evidence (well over 24,000 manuscripts and writings) then any other historical collection of the past and it's found in several different countries and continents. We also have large amounts of archeological evidence and it all lines up.

@wheelor I know what you're saying, I spent plenty of time study our past, present, and future. The Bible is only one piece to the puzzle because all of history is the puzzle. I changed my views on the world plenty of times. No way that I could be an atheist again though. In my studies, I've grown to see that Biblical history is a focal point when it comes to many things. We can rely on the paperwork much more then people believe. It's up to the observer to interpret it and give it legit study.

Many researchers have been shown to be deliberately deceptive at times, such as the makers of Zeitgeist. What they say about Jesus in that movie has been thoroughly debunked by several people and not just by "Christians". I love history, but only if it can be supported by evidence. The Bible and the "forbidden books" go along well with world history in general on many points.

@r The errors in the Bible do not make the base or core essentials fail, unlike in evolution. The majority of the "errors" in the Bible are at the fault of the reader or the translator himself. Understanding all of the "apocryphal" text helps too. If the Bible only had one, (not 40+) human authors, or had ZERO errors, then we would have complaints about it being entirely forged or "too perfect". It's variety with personalities and different experiences, with real histories.

@dwhite1up - My church and I are very aware of the the apocryphal texts and we are told not to bother with them unless we are following the Spirit because many of those texts are perverted by man and are there to purposely mislead people. I've read some and can spot misinformation all over the place. The book of Enoch for instance is full of lies and doesn't even sound like it was written by a prophet at all. I just ignore that garbage for the most part. I stick with the prophets.

The gospel of Jesus Christ is not a religion, but I would say "the law" was. We are now bound by grace, and have the free will to accept the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ or deny it. Those who turned Christianity into a religion are the same people the bible rejects. The Bible shows time and time again, how people's hearts and minds, when left by themselves to the untamed world without the Word, only gets them into trouble and causes grief. The phrase "follow your heart" is a deceptive one. Christ's heart was 100% pure, so it's only logical to follow His heart and not one's own, as I know realize more and more everyday.

And even if the 26,000 copies were preserved in whole doesn't make something true. The Bible, especially the Torah has got some good truths in it, but I am not convinced by your video the the Bible is 100% provable, although your arguements are thought provoking.

@brent I will never claim that the Bible is 100% provable, just like with certain topics in modern day science. There will always be critics and even if the overall concept is correct, there will always be certain details that are just plain unattainable. One has to take it event by event and many Biblical events are also found in all other secular histories. Compare and contrast. Use discernment. Get to know everything and take a big step back. Put yourselves in their shoes. Be unbiased.

No matter where you go, the story follows as do the massive monuments and structures.... which are all lined up with each other in many ways. One thing he should have added is that even Catholics were put to death by their own Church for reading the Bible. Read Foxe's Book of Martyrs for the story of the Catholic lady killed in London for having a copy and daring to read it.
One statement I disagree with is his assertion that because they haven't wanted people to read the Bible, they never changed it. One does not rule out the other.

Yes I can prove it very easily but it's pointless dealing with irrational ADDICTs wanting to remain blind. I have done plenty of activism on this subject. You have to want to wake up. Video games are by definition evil because they are a psuedo-life. However since 'id' created the FPS genre and Doom, it's been even more obvious what games are about.
