@alsamadani Well, Singapore is the refuel stop on the way from London to Sydney...but as zwgbenny said, on the way from London to Singapore the plane doesn't stop for refueling...

I had the exactly same flight some time ago, exactly when the volcano from Iceland erupted... Just 15 mins after we took off Heathrow had been closed. It was an excellent flight, I just love Qantas!

got to admit flew out to singa on the 747 came back on the A380, but prefer the 747. great vid
