this post is a little late, but i use the Shimmering Lights shampoo and i love it! (i have med blonde hair, but dye it light blonde) Its very inexpensive and I bought it at Sally's Beauty Supply. They also have the same toning shampoo for redheads and brunettes. definitely a great product. make sure to lather it up in your hands before putting it in your hair though to keep it from distributing unevenly!

Using a blue/violet shampoo will not completely eliminate brassy tones, they will just help and assist. If its really bad, try and leave in the shampoo/conditionair for 5minutes each time you shower.

you can get it at shoppers drug mart, walmart, wallgreens....anywhere......i use "Magic Lights" ...it's in a purple bottle.....they keep it near the hair dye.

it's around $8.

Don't get the Magic Lights or Clairol Shimmer Lights shampoos, since both these shampoos contain sulfate, which is a chemical that is highly drying to the hair, and you don't want to dry your hair out even more, especially since it's already more porous because you bleached it. Also, the sulfate will fade out your toner much faster.

I'd recommend getting Color Me Sexy Color Depositing Violet Mood Shampoo by Sexy Hair Concepts, since it's sulfate-free. You can get it at Sleekhair . com
