@mohammedwisam NO,give it a tune for 5 miles/6th gear and it'll pass 284mph,this car sounded like it was just cruising a low rpm thats all the Supra needs to do to keep the engine calm.

EVERYBODY,it took this Buick 5 miles to achieve this speed [don't know why the uploader didn't put that in the description!] got all these Buick lover's head's gassed thinking it was the same distance the Supras run at the Texas mile,now give a mile built Supra 5 miles & watch it disappear into the future cause it'll be going so fast,& remember,mile built Supras top out at the mile mark in 5th gear at 245+mph..they still have 6th gear to go!

my 4 cylinder grand national is runnin 950 horses. top speed of 196mph. STREET TUNED with titanium muffler bearings and stainless steel spark plug springs...could prob take the car in this vid in the 1/4 mile

In Australia we had a road racing (open wheeler) series called "Formula Holden" which was similar to Formula 3000 but powered by Holden (Buick) V6 engines.

The series is currently not active. The engines were prepared largely by Perkins Engineering (Larry Perkins ex F1, ex Bathurst 1000) here in Melbourne, Australia.

The engines were basically "bullet proof"

Some of these engines ended up in Modified Eliminator dragsters too.

BTW, I did have vids of my car at the track, not saying you care, but for some reason youtube decided to delete them from my account?!

Anyway, this vid or rather this record is amazing - WOW. The Buick Turbo v6 is something special.
