it's good but the service(where taxi stops, is poor) i just came back from hong kong and when we were getting our luggage a doorman gives this serious face and told the taxi driver that he was blocking the drop off point with a serious face which looked like he was about to shout at him but as soon as he found out that we lived at the hotel he instantly went in to nice mode and told the taxi driver to move aside while we get our lugguage.

this hotel is really nice. especially the upgraded rooms. the pool and work out areas are incomparable to the ones found in US hotels. the last time i stayed there though, i felt that their cleanliness and quality is dropping.

i stayed 39th floor and i jumped in the pool from the level where the jacuzzi was and Floridadreamin u don't get to choose where u stay

i stayed at the 32nd floor last month and she even offered us 40th floor but we my parents didnt want , for some reasons.however the trio room on 32nd floor HAS 5 BEDS can u belive it ?

but the big rooms only start on the 38th floor, I couldnt imagine why anyone would stay lower down?

i stayed on lv 30 they call it a junior suite and it was 550ft. bigger room meaning a suite or their essential rooms (lv 23 and above)
