  • american indians lived this land over 1000 years for free

    free land free food

only fools would pay a dollar for it

  • We here in the UK are having having our own financial system wrecked by the crooked shambles of American Subprimes. That after being embroiled for years in a never ending war in Iraq, based on hidden needs for Gas. No WMD. Long detailed statement by Sadam on his weapons he then had, rejected by US, who then invaded, in fact true. Can we sue? G Bush - someone. Not ordinary Americans of course. Very angry British person. This would never ever have all happened if you were still a British colony (!)

  • gunsandroses1111: I was in agreement with everything YOU said, until you said, this would never happen,is the USA was still a British colony...Im sure that was a joke???

  • The "housing bubble" aka mortgage meltdown is the most recent chapter in the long history of land speculation. Houses do not go up in value when their supply can be increased. It is land value that has gone up because its supply is fixed and it is that value that disappears when it has been pushed up far beyond its "real" value. They call it a housing bubble to obscure the real economic facts regarding land value. Wonder why the Indians did not own and speculate in land? This is their revenge.

  • There's so much truth to this video. WTF are Bush & Bernanke thinking? WTF is going through Greenspan's head? Their policies caused this. Bush bragged about how much home ownership there was, practically taking credit for it. Now there's a crisis and he hardly mentions it. Spend your stimulus checks, this one's for the next president.

  • McCian probably isn't clear of this either.

  • The mortgage lenders were funding loans that were risky, or altered. Many loans were processed for people who really couldn't afford them to begin with. All so that the lenders and the underwriters could gain revenue. America has paid the price for these loans funded on bad paper. Now more than ever, good credit is becoming the focus. Lenders are forced to raise minimun FICO scores in an attempt to avoid another crash.

  • Hahah eeryone in this industry needs to committ suicide.

  • Well that about sums the housing market up - that could be most Americans living on the streets - most of us are only a paycheck or two from homelessness. Hey! but more money for the war!!!!!

  • @JoJo1955

I don't want more money to go to the war but I do want our troops to come home safely.

  • wut a waste of time.
