Well yeah, when CV used this musical code to vocalise emotions, it kind of, in the end created a sort of language. I just critisized your post quickly because I find it annoying when people "ask the lyrics" to magma's music, and thin they can translate something because they found a magma dictionnary on the internet.
...And again! You did a really good job finding "division points" for this extreeeemely looooong piece so that it would work within YouTube's time limits.
All Magma fans here: any guesses as to what the words "Riah Sahiltaahk" mean?
You shouldn't take so much importance to Magma's lyrics, they're primarily spiritual, philosophically against the use of normal 'human' words to describe human sentiment. "Seul La Musique Doit Parler" says the man. Riah Sahiltaahk is the name of a man who is in search of truth and reality, the story of this song is based on his journey through a desert.
By the way you got that part top notch this is really the best part of Riah Sahiltaahk!
ZE, sorry I took so long to reply. The reason I thought that the title might have a translation is that inside the gatefold of "1001 Degrees Centigrade" is a poem in Kobaian, with a word-for-word translation in French on the other page. So at that time, at least, CV had some intent of making this a "real" language.
BTW, I thought this was about a Kobaian expedition back to Itah, and how they were imprisoned and then rescued by their friends? Oh well, I suppose we'll never know...
