i am currently taking riding lessons and during one of the lessons i jumped over a 4 foot jump on a 15 hand pony. the pony ran into the jump and fell head over heels trying desperatly NOT to fall on me. i heard a bone crack.... it was the Lucky's bone. he screamed and rolled over.my foot was still stuck in the stirrup now under him. i felt my ankle pop.... we were both now broken. that was a week ago. i found out that its possible i could never walk on that ankle again. this is real. it happened
