Article II, not I, describes the executive branch. Someone tell Biden, who is supposed to be a lawyer. Apart from getting the Articles of the Constitution mixed up, the Constitution makes the VP president of the senate every day of the week. Article I says the vice president is president of one of the two houses of Congress - the one Biden is in, for crying out loud - which is what you might call "authority relative to Congress."

Artile 1 defines the Legislative Branch and states that the Vice President will be Preisedent of the Senate, voting only in the case of a tie. The Executive Branch is defined in Article 2. How can I now elect a man who is supposed to uphold the Constitution who doesn't even know it. Biden should know the difference between the two branches.
