You´re good in the cuisine but not better...take off your apron and wear a cooks uniform instead...it makes such a difference on an audience, really...do not, ever, never throw away the seeds from the pepper...they really make a difference to the flavour...if you think they´re to spicy - well then just simply use less of them...If my english is not good, please have patience - im a Swedish cook...or an X-cook to be honest...
