Yes, one handed filming while steering with the other hand. Just need to be careful when filming. It's a Canon IXUS 860.

You've done it again! Another stunning recording. How you manage to record on the top - and very steep - 200 m of Galibier is beyond me :-). Thanks a lot for sharing...
