Recommended Usage Guidelines. For detox 10 drops 3 times a day for the fist month and then maintenance is 3 drops 3 times a day. Do a detox dosage every 6 to 12 months.

have you have any amalgam fillings removed by a wholistic/biological dentist? that will make a massive difference as well. :)
