He is refering to a superb PJ concert at the Tivoli venue in Utrecht(netherlands)march 1992. The guy Eric was the stagemanager over there. During this pinkpop show you've seen his shirt. That message to Tivoli explains a lot.

During the PJ show on Pinkpop 2000 he is wearing aTivoli shirt again. That's not a coincidence.
