1st off at least in the US there are regulations on trans players rugby at the collegiate and club level but mostly relate to mtfs playing women's rugby (the rules are you have to have been taking hormones for at least 2-3 years and I think you have to be post-op). I don't believe ftm T use is that regulated except maybe at the club championship level. Er and the Olympics is an Amateur event with minimal use of professional athletes. And lastly the Olympic committee comes out with a different
Yea I think the girl was russian(from memory) it started a bunch of talk about the USSR giving men sex changed to get an advantage which is just idiotic.
Britian did very well in the olympics this time it was nice to see.
you are completely right about exercising while binding. I leave red marks/burns on my sides everyday cause of me binding while lifting. I recommend a tight bra or a comfortable binder. Also, make sure you rub ointment on your marks every night so they wont leave any scars or peel into blisters.
You know, being m2f, a big thing is losing muscle mass and stregth is apart of that. It takes a good 1-2 years for us to lose that excess mass and thats trying.
So if one was on T, for any period, they would need to stop T and get the right blood tests to ensure the muscle had reduced to some sort of standard, for it not to be an unfair advantage.
Only my opinion but I would reguard the effects of T not T itself to be doping.
And that depends on what the team make up is and what team you are signed up for...if it's a female sport no extra T should be present than accepted levels and the same for male sports, T should be at the acceptable level.
I get it in my blood tests each month, there is a measured parameter they consider E & T to be in males and E & T to be in females.
I need to drop my T to females levels and increase my E to female levels and I am sure it is the same for you guys but in reverse.
gaaaaaaaaaah! you are soooooooooo cute! I'm sorry, I just can't get over it. *sighs*
