  • caution my wife and i now stop on yellow cause i dont want another ticket dont rear end me or we will sue you!!!!!!

  • RED LIGHT CAMERAS ARE NOW BEING TURNED OFF IN MOST CITIES! THIS IS NOW PROVING THAT THEY DO CAUSE ACCIDENTS FROM NOT BEING FAIR TO THE DRIVER...WHY NO COUNTERS AT THESE LIGHTS HELPING THE DRIVER TO DETERMINE THE LIGHT CHANGE? RED CAMERA LIGHTS ARE TRULY FAULTY AND NOW HAVE BEEN PROVN TO CAUSE REAR END ACCIDENTS!! ALL CITIES NEED TO SHUT THEM OFF AND SEND THEM BACK TO ARIZONA

  • Great job!! I agree with pinkfloydmoon, how is it that a private corporation is issuing official citations? The great citizens of Houston have also voted down redlight cameras as well.

  • Very simple!! They cause accidents all the time!! EVERYWHERE!!! TAKE THEM OUT FOR GOOD AND FILE LAWSUITS AGAINST THE COMPANIES ACS ATS RED FLEX!!

  • I don't run red lights so don't worry too much about these cameras. However, the point made by hey78huy that they do not identify the offender who was driving does prove that they are used for revenue raising only. Where I live it is common for drivers to get a friend to take the rap if the driver has too many demerit points already. And the police and government couldn't care less...they got their dollars.

  • I bet the next thing they're gonna do is microchip everybody so everyone will have nowhere to run. So even if you just wanna take a day off with your family and decided to use your sick day your boss gonna know where you are. its a dumb example but obviously they gonna change everyones lives soon. the bastard running the show will be laughing at you while you beg in the street for food.

  • Damn bastards are in newark nj now. These camerevenues are spreading like the black plague killing off our budget. We need to stand up against these new world order government and create a world wide protest against the corrupt and these greedy scampanies

  • $75 Dollar fine. If you dispute it, it cost another $25. You get there looking for a judge and find you are seeing a cop. To see a judge you have to pay another $50. So you keep loosing days of work and keep getting higher and higher fees and what you get is... your guilty, pay up or we keep your car tags. I showed up in JERSEY VILLAGE and it was so bad for one red light they had a poster board set up with it. Every one in the room was there for that one red light. Minimum $100 per person.

  • 75? ur lucky, its minimum 466$ here in Santa Clarita, California. if i dispute it, the cost goes up and you can lose your license. this is not constitutional. along with the drivers license, and federal reserve , taxes. soo much now a days just goes unnoticed because people dont know law, or our history and constitution

  • California is hitting all their people hard. How much are your car tags. Ours are about $75 for a new vehicle. You gotta provide for all those illegals you have. Sorry, but in my mind that is the cause of California's woes.

  • Good job! Now we'll have to see if Redflex and ATS have crossed all their t's and dotted all their i's over here in Arizona. Many of us here would love nothing more than to shut them down and get them out of our state too.

  • WOW , A lawyer that did a good thing !

  • Thank God, praise the Lord.

  • How about that the cameras do not identify the OPERATOR who is committing the "violation" and also that you have a private corporation issuing governmental citations instead of a sworn police officer witnessing the offense and stopping the offender. This is why red light cameras are banned in Massachusetts because they do not identify the operator. However they are still being installed!

  • Banned...and yet, installation continues.

Why does that not surprise me?

    Not exactly reassuring, is it

  • FUCK YAH!!! point for the PEOPLE!!!!!!

  • way to go ward

  • thanks for posthing this mike!

  • YEAH ! keep fighting the system man. Good luck with you

  • I'll bet that loophole will be closed in a few days. Big Brother will not be stopped so easily.

  • YES!!! i never did like those cams. i just didnt find them reliable. if it flashes a frame when ur car is in the intersection, who will believe you? its all so opportunistic

  • And of course no small one horse town would EVER dick around with the timing of the cameras, no way no how! They have such a sterling reputation for being all honest and above board, don't they! And, as we saw with Diebold Voting Machines, these companies are definitely above suspicion and stellar pillars of integrity.....phew, that much sarcasm can wear a soul out!

  • Oh man! That was great! Gave me my first really good laugh of the day. Thanks!

  • Heh, glad ya liked it. I do try

  • LOL!!! 5*'s to that comment alone!

  • LMAO, I was on a real tear last night, my sarcasm module must have been over clocked somehow. I better call Intel and have a diagnostic run!
