I have to say that this police officer should be fired... If you look at 7:34, he does not resist, than at 7:37 he goes down and Adam still not resit. And at 7:44, full body slam and chock him when the only thing he had to do was to bring these arm behind and put the hand cuff. Adam WAS resisting. He refused to be hand-cuffed by resisting to put his arms behind his back. He was over-powering the police officer. I agree that this was excessive use of force and holding a protest or just dancing at a memorial shouldn't be against the law.
