I was in college at Weber St. in Ogden, Utah when this was being filmed. I'd drive by Ogden High School where all the school scenes were filmed and you'd see all the crew out there preparing for scenes and such. I really thought it was a really good film and underrated. BTW, the kid who was in the bathroom when Buddy Revell confronts Jerry, well, I worked with him for a while along with his brother. He was a really cool guy and had fun stories to tell about the filming. It was filmed in Oct. 86.

Phil Joanou has said he showed his movie to his old high school friend Jim Walker who on his own did a track for the movie and gave it to Phil who liked it. Phil then gave it to the studio to see if he could use it and they liked it as well.

When I found it on Limewire, it was under Tangerine Dream...Type in T.D. and see what you get!!!

At one point I had this song listed as being by Tangerine Dream, but a gentleman told me that it was actually by Jim Walker and when I looked it up he was right, BUT I also see it lots of places as being performed by TD. So I still don't know how to list it. :-)

The song is originally done by Jim Walker but the the MP3 Gods have it listed as Tangerine Dream...At the end of the movie credits it says Jim Walker and when you Google the song or go to IMDB, Jim Walker is credited but because TD did the majority of the music for the film, I guess the MP3 Gods list the song under TD...This is why people have such a hard time finding the song...I found it on limewire under TD even though it is Jim Walker!!!...So, you are correct by listing it as Jim Walker!!!

@phillyproduct125 actually philly, the film seems to contradict itself. Unless Jim Walker is part of Tangerine Dream (which I'm not sure of) then there is definitely some inaccuracies. In the beginning of the movie(opening credits) the song is credited to Tangerine Dream, then upon the conclusion as the end credits roll, we see the song credited to "Jim Walker". Seems like a big goof.
