Never. What he said was straight on! WW, CE, and HF were on the CPS1 motherboard and have the whole CPS1 soundboard soundtrack in this game with "what if" additions. The Fei Long track we hear in this video was remastered by Capcom to sound like it was made in 1992 for the CPS1. The beautiful thing is that there is 3 (or maybe I'm missing one or two) soundboards to choose from. CPS1, CPS2 (Super & ST) and an arranged soundtrack of all songs included (Possibly in HD remix too).

@DarkGreen2000 Street Fighter Anniversary Collection (at least how it was on PS2) has the option of selecting 3 different music sets -- CPS1, CPS2 and the arranged music.
