@pohuuns Thanks! Tenori on hardware is $1000, but the iApp is $20, so easy to try out. Distortion pedal was $70? But they sell for various prices. Kaoss mini $200? probably $100 used.

We are dealing here with the fundamentals - building blocks of this type of music, not "finished tracks" with all instrumentation and such. Let's not forget my standard answer: this style of music was created by INNOVATORS trying new things, not people stuck in labels of any particular past style.
