I have been on a train through the loop with no lights on and all you saw was the bright orange scrolling thing saying "The next station is Melbourne Central" and when you here her voice say the next station, its so cool, as well as the flashing lights in the loop! Mine was on the Hurstbridge line we had the joys of bitch blackness 5 times with all the tunnels on the line.
Yeah, it was annoying but cool at the same time. Its interesting how everyone talks and there is a lot more noise when it is dark as opposed to normal trips. I think its because it makes people feel safer in the dark, to talk.
