  • I believe the Yowie, Yeti, Bigfoot, and all its relatives reside in a different dimension, a different world. And the reason they come here is to forrage (sp) for food and other things that they like. Which is why they dont care much about humans for the most part. They keep to themselves when they r here. And those who do show interest in humans just cant help but be naturally curious. They are much more intelligent than any known primate, yet understand very little about our world.

  • @99Sorc Um, ooooooooooooooKay

  • how is the yowie paranormal

  • well he's not 'normal' LOL

  • well thats just like saying a fuckin lizard isnt normal, but theres just more of them...

its not like its from a different world

    its perfectly normal

  • OK I see your point

  • W00T 5,300 st vieuwer me!! :D

  • well couldn't hear it too well but that sounds like a creepy story, but i just checked on wikipedia about something called a bunyip and theres a picture of it there, its pretty freaky looking.

actually on that ty the tasmanian tiger game i mentioned on my comment to that other video they use vehicles called bunyips, but they're completely different on the game of course, there they use them for moving stuff and generally fighting and whatnot but thats a odd picture on wikipedia.

  • THanks for taking such an interest. It's worth remembering that nobody really 'knows' what a bunyip is. This story if about a Yowie, sort of Australia's version of the abominable snowman or Yeti or the American BigFoot

  • heh well i'm pretty much playing videogames all the time so seeing strange stuff and finding things in games named after stuff like that is pretty interesting, doubt anything like that would really freak me out but you never know, one thing i know for sure is this: no matter how strange or freaky a thing you come across theres always the chance for something even stranger in the world hehehe

  • Whats with the sound mate?

  • ONe day when I get time I"ll remake this one - I know the sound is shit

  • I'm an interested skeptic. My parents saw a big, black panther-like animal when they were riding a motorbike on some bush road in outback WA years ago. My dad's probably the biggest skeptic when it comes to the 'paranormal' so I don't know what to think. Bring me a Yowie/Bunyip/big cat (or a corpse of one) and I'll believe

  • I'm very much a skeptic too, I'm even skeptical of my own observations, but I a only report it as it happened.

  • Hay gigolo, Two thousand years ago Chinese came to Australia & they mention the yahoo witch is another name for Yowie.

  • INteresting mate, maybe you can make a video on the subject. We need more interesting Aussie video makers. Ya don't even need a camera, you could do it in text and pictures.

  • 2000 years ago chinese came to australia???? no they didnt, where the fuk did ya hear that?

  • Yes they did, they were a hell of a lot more advance than the west at that time. It was easy.

How do you explain ancient text that talks about the Kangaroos and Aboriginals? Come on smart fuck let's hear it?

  • What???

  • What???...lol is that all you got is what???

Not as clever as you thought you are, aren't ya mate?

  • how old are you? do you have any idea what your saying? "ancient text that talk about kangaroos and aboriginals" your fucking insane. I meen what?? as in what the fuck are you on about. idiot~!

  • Look at a map, Point to China..ok now point to Australia. Many islands so they could stop for rest and food. It wasn't that hard to get to Australia especially when a northern wind blows south towards us. Why is it so hard to believe?

  • Well what he's not taking into account is the one time land bridge between asia and aussie or the ice bridge that formed at a different time. You can't convince anyone though if they don't want to learn.

  • In 1961 a 2000-year old vase bearing a crude map of the Australian east coast was discovered in Hong Kong. Another map, dating back 2000 years and drawn on porcelin, exists in Taiwan. it shows the southern coastline of New Guinea, the east coast of Australia as far south as the Melbourne area, and the crude outline of Tasmania. Another Porcelin map has since been found in China.

  • ok i beleave you.

  • Was your own reflection or the white noise on the vidoe post thet scared you?

  • er, no, but thanks for watching hehehe

  • Scary stuff gigolo. I'm intrigued by these stories of the Yowie.

  • Well, I still reckon there're things out there we don't know about yet. As fo hte Yowie, I'm Skeptical about most stories BUT I know what I know.

  • Yeah a lot of people make up crap and hoaxes and so on but you never know. People once called the seaman crazy who saw 20 meter squid and now they found one so you never know.

  • Who the HELL is Great Shots? LOL

Great story Geoff. I Liked it the first time around too!

  • Thanks mate! Do ya reckon I should maybe redo it as a lot of people complain about the sound?

  • It's a gr8 story, but that buzz sound does interfere. Up to you though buddy.

  • I think you should because I found it hard to listen.

  • i mean video

  • oh god it's evp on this version

  • Could not hear!

  • Very Good.

    Thank you for sharing.

It seems that YouTube didn't place my comment on when I did it the first time.

  • You know what makes this very scary.. the bird poop all over your shirt LMFAO =p

  • Man, lose the fucked up sound!!

  • Hmmmm I believe you, your story sounds just like what my own father experienced out at Jimna which is strangely near Kilcoy

  • Dude! i cant hear you over that sound!!!!!!!!!

  • Sorry, I think I'd just eaten beans :P

  • Nice vid. It is a shame that the Yowie is not as well known as say Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster though.

  • I tend to think people here who have seen or heard something are too embarassed to say so outside telling a yarn as I did. I theorise that as open as we Aussies tend to be, we aren't when it comes to things that are 'strange' or 'odd'.

  • Jackoejako > Yeah I agree with you. Personally I think the Yowie has more free space to walk around than alot of the other humanoids supposedly walking around. Thats why it is almost impossible to see one.

  • Seen the yowie in Kilcoy it lives in the park!

  • Get 'im on film then!

  • That was a good story!

    Thanks!

    We definately are not alone.

  • Thank you for the compliment ;)

  • Great story Geoff. I had trouble hearing parts of it though?

  • IT wasn't as bad before processing, I could kick YT sometimes.

  • LOL Great story and I loved the buggaroff bit at the end. Somehow, hearing these stories in an Aussie accent makes them more enjoyable.

  • I believe...Spooky story!

  • I do belive in the paranormal , I played your video backwards and I could hear the secret messages you put in and I will be going to the bank and sending you a cheque tommorrow .

  • Well at least something worked!

  • Now Bury Paul

  • Sorry for the sound, it wasn't as bad before YT processing.

  • Spooky Geoff...Glad I wasnt there. :)

  • Cool and goose bumpy story! I believe! Peace & Health
