Actually neither is a Brady biologically, Max was adopted and Chelsea is Bo's daughter. Bo is not a Brady by blood, his father is Victor not Shawn Brady.
They're both Bradys, yes...but it's NOT incest since Max is not a blood Brady. He was adopted by Caroline & Shawn when he was a child. And besides, Chels wasn't a Brady her whole life either...she was raised by the Bensons. I'm not crazy about their relationship now, but it's not incest.
