The kid in the white shirt, played Bag, on the first two seasons of "Happy Days". Couldn't stand Bag, because he was the leader of "The Demons" and a thorn in Richie's side. ('Crusin', my least favorite "Happy Days" episode).
Erica Durance played a great ISIS in SMALLVILLE. But, JoAnna Cameron was the forerunner, so kudos to her. But, Erica's outfit was similar to JoAnna's.

The chunky guy was Richie and Potsie's friend, Bag, on Happy Days. The actor playing the principle had a recurring role as a greedy, evil politician/councilman on Good Times.
