U need feelings!They u played was quite robotic.I play guitar and i play with lots of feelings that is controlling each note's strength and timing.I dunno whether this is the piano limitation or its just u.There are tons and tons of robots in youtube who just play without emotions.All the notes are all of same strength.This is much more noticible if u watch the classical guitar videos.Control your strength dude!Go check out the sassy girl video again and listen!The performance was superb

Nice playing. The only thing you and a lot of people here on youtube playing Canon is that they press the keys with the same strength. While it was perfect playing, there was no emotion to it, sounded robotic.
