First off about the missile launch. I was hearing it was contrails from an Air Craft but I have never seen contrails look like that. It does look like a missile. Our military has to test things eventually to make sure every thing is in working order. Now about the other video. They are obviously transporting something of significance. It reminds me of how the military transports missiles or weapons especially how local law enforcement is involved and how they are trying to keep the public away.
