Perhaps I've forgotten the book in liu of the movie but in the movie the child is demon, trying to kill dad with a scalpel. Dad in tears waits for him to get very close and sticks him in the neck with a hypo, the child turns and stumbles away saying 'No Fair' and then falls to his death, for the 2nd time. Maybe it's just me, maybe I watched it too many times but the images from the Pet Semetary movie will haunt me forever namely, the flying shoe, the opening casket, and final sequence.

The original Zombie child is the toddler from Pet Semetary. This doesn't even come close. That movie/book actually develops the characters. Spoiler-as if you haven't seen it- but when he gets injected by poison at the end of the movie and stumbles to his death saying 'No Fair' 'No Fair' well let's just say this video game trailer is mild in comparison to what goes on in that film.
