what was your least favorite part? how would you have approached this project? what is to be gained from the adaptation of a poem to a visual medium, is it even worth it?
well, for me it's the voice. no offense or anything! but dcb's deep monotone is a big part of his work ya know.
and you might be onto something, I think especially with poems with such specific imagism, visuals are always just gonna take away. I bet I would like this if I wasn't familiar with the poem though.
plus this piece is so personal! it feels wrong to try to claim it in another medium.
