Awful film. They had a great character and premise to work on, but completely shifted there focus on a cliched "i got set up scenario" for some shoot em up scenes. Had no real focus on who 47 is, and they couldn't even stay true to the original context from the games. They could've made a real good film with this character. Terrible.
This is a fail at 1:50. He fires a 45. colt and the shell that stand up is a 5.56 Nato round (i think) i can understand that part is from another firearm in the movie. But im just saying the trailer is fail XD

In one part of the game you kill a target by sneaking in and using the poison from a puffer fish to kill a target. The sushi chef is preparing the dish and as an assassin you have a creative option of using the actual poison gland from the fish as the sushi chef is unaware.
In the real world sushi chefs have to be careful when preparing Puffer Fish sushi as it does have poison in it
This quirky kill style is replace with 'action Jackson bread and butter punchy fists' in the movie. SNOOOOOOORE

I really dont understand why everybody is hating on the hitman movie, he MAY be a trained assassin but you cant train away human emotions. And why is he going in guns blazing and leaving a trail of bodies. He is a silent assassin. Killing targets with absolute efficiency, using the most subtle methods first, (staging accidents, applying garrote wire, poisoning food) only expensing silenced bullets when necessary. And full guns blazing only in real emergencies. Hes calculating methodical killer not a crazed gunmen.

Regular people aren't even capable of being on the same level as he is, its like he eats, sleeps and breathes just to kill people. His free time is spent polishing, checking, rechecking his firearms, his body is conditioned to its peak, he has no hair apart from very thin eyebrows. He doesn't do any fancy martial arts, he does simply whatever is needed at optimal efficiency to complete the mission (ie kill the target)

@viagraguttene Tim is a great actor I really loved him in DeadWood, but his baby faced ruins the Hitman vibe you get while playing the games.
In the game it was more about precise quiet chaos , than in your face action melee.
Imagine if in the first scene of a Bond film the actor portraying Bond suddenly decided to knit a sweater in a chase scene. It just makes you go 'huh' wait what?
It's this same curve ball thrown to the game fans when we watched Hitman.

Regular people aren't even capable of being on the same level as he is, its like he eats, sleeps and breathes just to kill people. His free time is spent polishing, checking, rechecking his firearms, his body is conditioned to its peak, he has no hair apart from very thin eyebrows. He doesn't do any fancy martial arts, he does simply whatever is needed at optimal efficiency to complete the mission (ie kill the target)

@PoorIllyrian The DNA that they get is just to form a Human(clone) they don't give em the feelings from that person(at least not that much feelings). I think the reason 47 keeps away from the girls, in the game, is because he had mademistakes before the first game about him was made (he fel in love or was very close to) Then she kind of screws everythin up, or "stabs him in the back" and gets very cold blooded. :D

I thought it wasn't Hitman, but from a movie point I suppose they had to throw some emotion into it so that it could be Hollywood material I mean if he was really that cold I don't think he would have done anything that good for the screen people that haven't played the games or knew nothing about the character would have probably found him fucking boring, I for one have played all the games and love them I say good job for trying to adapt it better then the resident evil movies god...
