  • over exxagerate your turnout, more toe height (you look too close to the ground from the side) and bring your shoulders backs. upper body does matter.

  • giving my personal opinion, i would say LIFT UR FEET OFF THE FLOOR!! ur very stuck down...watch ur knees too! bt good job * :D

  • NO ANKLE WEIGHTS. If you aren't instructed on how to use them properly, don't use them at all (you can seriously injure yourself and your joints dancing in them).

    The only things that really popped out to me were one, that your legs looked a bit gappy and two that you turn your head to the side during your toe walks (not sure what that was all about).

  • LOL those are the toe walks i used to have when i first got the step. i was supposed to turn to the side on the last one so it's 'and treble and toe one two three four TURN'...but i never turned completely to the side because it was awkward for me :S it's been changed since then..will hopefully have new vids up in oct. or nov.

  • a good idea for stamina is to get some ankle weights and practice with them, especially before a feis (you'll seem like your flying) also, with your front-clicks, try a slow them down a bit. work on lifting your leg in the air so that its more of a da-DA..da instead of da-da-DA. if that makes any sense....lol

  • Oh no, please don't do that! You are risking serious injury. You can tear muscles and ligaments...its just a bad idea all together!

  • Arms! You keep leaning over when you kick up.Your back foot isn't out.KNEES!CLICKS!After the click you have to land crossed. After you click from behind at the end of the first step you have to land on the balls of your feet. Happy practicing!

  • KNEES! All I could watch were bent knees on all of your runs! Try of thinking of being off the ground more, it seems kinda low! Also, in 2nd step, cross your feet on the opening! Other than that is was nice!

    all you need to work on is watching your arms- they flap around quite a bit, crossing your feet, and you were a bit off the music at times.

    but hey, i'm a perfectionist :]

  • Thanks for the advice! yeah, i kinda freaked when i saw my arms in these vids! lol i'm trying to focus more on keeping them tight in class now.

  • you have really good rythm however you spell it and i love the sound of your trebles - another thing you could work on maybe is your arms although i know girls tend to get away with it more than boys - good luck at your next feis :D keep up the good work

  • Its really good but the only thing i would say to you is lean back a bit when your dancing it really helps with your carriage (i dunno what u call it but we call it carriage :P) Other than that it was really good :D
