Wow looks like almost no thought went into this interface at all: the volume slider is too close to the buttons, the main controller overlay appears after selecting a favourite (when it wouldn't be needed anymore), the TV Guide (and probably other on-screen menus) require an odd "on-screen remote"; why tap "up", "right", "select" when you could slide in directions on the screen and tap to select?

Probably an absolute ton of stuff going on behinds the scenes, but I hope they revise the interface

Looks great. Seems like a few too many overlays, but I'd still buy it. I used to have the Treo Version and it was great for catching a show on the road. I am guessing Apple could axe the 3G stream, but they allow youtube, so we'll see.

They shouldn't because they allowed Orb Live. I personally can't wait till this thing gets released, all I need after that is turn-by-turn GPS and maybe flash support in safari (that won't happen) and I'll be sleeping with my iphone next to my pillow every night from now on, haha.
