@banishedtoearth by any chance do you practice boxing or Muy Thai. i just ask because i find it is usually practitioners of hard styles who have such trouble believing that Systema is effective. if you ever get a chance you should try it out, and only afterward enlighten us with your knowledgeable opinion. For your information, I did not work for more then 2 years anymore with Mikhail Ryabko, but still think of him as a man with a lot of knowledge and integrity.
