that stage was a lot like the darkmans castle on megman 5. also. did you know megman games in japan have subtitles (megman 5 is called Rockman 5 Blues no Wana?! . why didn't we get the subtitles? *cries*

The closest to Sword I can see is Electric/Cutter.

Also try Electric/Ice. Really fun powerup for Shiver Star.
