Good job bro...be careful with your grip...I found that bringing in your grip too narrow just hurts yours wrists without really adding anything to your overall tricep strength.
I've done 370 lbs with a 12" grip and 360 lbs with an 8" grip...but really, the only difference was my wrists hurt after the 8" bench. I usually just put my hands where the rungs start.
