Simple. The same lack over oversight to make sure kids are okay in foster homes and adoptive homes is the same lack of oversight that would allow this to happen.

Actually, I'd go further and say CPS should be disbanded altogether.

If a kid is actually beaten, the existing police can take care of it.

Also, foster care should not be promoted unless it is a last ditch effort. Most people have some family somewhere if a kid's parents want to give them up.

Foster care is funded, which also funds the pharma companies since 60% of foster kids are diagnosed as needing "behavior medication".

Foster demand increases demand pm CPS to steal.

@GodGunsGutsGlory777 Here is the part most peope don't know. Foster care is driven by adoption. (Child trafficking) Kill adoption for profit. And foster care will fall apart. All foster care is storage where they sort the damaged goods from the adoptable goods. Fully monitored Foster care for kids with absolutly no family. No where to go. I can see a good use for it.

Out of all my foster homes I did have one good one... but I was ripped out of it. As I was getting to "Attached:"

@Bizziboy IF Fparents did it becuase they wanted to and only recived vouchers... for select places. No money... and people did it becuase they actually cared... wow... could it ever be a good thing. But take away the money and watch all the "great" F-parents crawl back under the rocks they crawled out of. Massive oversight. Public invetigations... and remove the veil of secrecy. And private corproate court rooms of CPS. It could work in kids advantages.

My wife's best friend's parents were foster parents. He said his parents "did it for the money". They were nice people but even in that home, some sh*t happened and a girl got molested by another foster kid.

FUNDING is the problem with most things that are corrupted.

And most of these kids HAD A HOME to begin with. Their natural parents who didn't chose to give them up!

...when I lived in a small town, I knew of this one family who had their kids taken away by CPS. They were poor and defenseless.

A couple at church had become foster parents. One day they showed up to church with their new "foster kids" and the guy said he wanted to ADOPT them because the parents were horrible!

Of course it was 2nd hand knowledge via CPS!

That's how corrupt CPS/Foster/Adoption is!

CPS says they can "remove a child" if spanked. That's a bunch of bull sh*t right there!

They are a bunch of sneeky mince trying to take the cheeze at the bottom and then there are the big rats at the top taking the big chunks. They are all taking the tax payers money while trying to put on a show that they are doing good things for children so tax payers will just keep paying. Abuse the publics trust? Did she really say that? Ummm.. CPS does not have the publics trust. It hasn't for quite some time. I swear these people live in a dream world where they think everyone beats their children and they are heroes. And all poor people can't raise their children, oh wait.. it's not a dream. They actually think that and practice it.

A criminal that would steal kids is also a criminal that would steal money from kids's christmas funds. It takes a peice of crap to steal kids.
