I agree to an extent. I don't believe that political correctness is tying our hands but I believe it is only being imposed on some and not others. Religion shouldn't be taught or practiced in public schools, but I mean all religion, they should NOT make exceptions for anybody. It'sjust going to take people with the balls to say "If we can't then neither can you". The rules have to apply to all people. Period.

I agree political correctness is damaging USA but allowing footwashes in public schools to enable Muslim students to wash should not be a problem. Are you saying Muslim children who are required by their belief to pray five times a day and be clean before praying should be denied this? Footbaths also has nothing to do with extremism.

Yes, it is a problem because Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, etc., are NOT allowed to pray! Prayer has been banned in our country's public schools. Also, our public school history courses have been revised to try and negate our Native American and Christian heritages...but that's another matter.
