hi, how did you replace the grill inbetween the headlights to just a plain black grille? i want to do that but have no idea how!

hi,
im remove all pieces grill with saw, close at edge then i grind this damaged places.
aluminium grill hold to some polyurethane glue (silicone) and insurer melted PVC.
i believe understand me, becouse my english is not very good :)

not a zetec-s if its a 1.25 its a zetec-si and by the sounds of it you need to put some oil in it before your tappets blow ...js

@theumpalumpaking The engine is the Zetec SE. The Si was the 1.4 if I'm correct. Anyway...the car in this video was slow as hell lol.
