God, I had a walkthrough of this game but I was such a noob being little and using Man-Drakes all the time. XD

Now I totally loathe those things... I never got past the Elder Dragon...

I always wanted to fight this guy and the Adult Teepo in Ryu's Dream obviously foreshadowed this... I tried to tell my family these things without showing too much proof and they always won't even really TRY to freaking believe me... Their own family member... Me, who isn't even really bad like they are at times

Hmm.. Teepo got whole brainwashed by Myria very good storyline tho. But at the other hand it would be very cool if you defeat Teepo and finally he will understand you and than he will go back to your party to defeat Myria. Becuase Teepo is a fine fighter and I always liked him when I was still a child in Breath of Fire 3 when he still was in my the party. Strong and good at magic. Awesome.

I wouldn't say Teepo got brainwashed. Calling him brainwashed would be like saying the Elder was brainwashed when even he said Myria wasn't evil and might have been right to think the way she does and it would be up to Ryu to decide; that he doesn't have to face the Goddess like the previous Ryu did.

@operations1000 Teepo was a very angry, lonely and impressionable kid. He only had Rei. Ruy was the same, except he had a more open character then Teepo. When they got split up, Myria found Teepo eventually and gave him what he wanted: A sort of mother and a home. That's why he would fight to the death to defend Myria because she is all he has. Ruy tho had found friends and his own destiny in the mean time. Giving in to Myria would mean betraying them all in a way

Ladon is pretty much the worst Master for Ryu since he lowers both HP and AP gain.

@Cyril86 Stats wise he is a bad trainer, but you should train under him for the 9 levels it requires for you to learn aura from him.

The fact that it's 15ap only and pretty much does the same damage as the dragon form aura+ you dont lose 20 ap per turn...like in dragon form, it's alot better to use.

I was(still am) lvl 56 and i did 1.6k with aura only, on Myria.

@Cyril86 The way stat gains work, by the time you can apprentice to Ladon, you don't get that much HP/AP from levels anymore. The master system and stat gains are designed so that Ladon is actually one of the BEST Masters for Ryu, since the all important base stats are boosted, and HP/AP is a nonissue since his HP/AP is usually at a comfortable level by the time you reach Ladon anyway.

weakest epic boss ever..he doesn't deserve his epic music - Teepo & The Goddess are so much harder but perhaps that's why you get no break from this fight and Teepo.

i didn't even have to cure myself. i had the ring of ice on and in a miracle sense he just happened to use chill enough times to cure me. you learn shadowwalk from meryleep (a master)

Not true. Healings items don't work on the undead in the BOF series. The only way to instantly kill Dragon Zombie is with Kyrie.

(As for my comment) Using the Warrior form works better. I don't remember being slept while fighting arwan. Plus using Focus and Aura does a lot of damage since Arwan is undead.

You're by far most likely stuck at the statue where it says "Bow down and pray before me". Yes, I got stuck there too. Just stand there til the path lights up, but make sure you got the Shaman's Ring before moving into the different lighted area.

As for Arwan? Dream Ring + Ring of Ice + Protect + Charge = Win at 2 AP use. Mwahaha.
