The Corpse Blade work, but an even better upgrade's available. Requires Heavenly Rathalos and Heavenly Rathian Scales and some other stuff to make. I just need one more Heavenly Rathian Scale!

Corpse blades are overrated...

volcanic storm - does more raw damage

and has 350 elemental damage on water and fire.

Frozen Flare - equal raw damage, 450 fire and ice elemental damage. an is easy to get

It's the Punishment Blades that are the upgrade, so I finally got. goos raw and 350 Fire, pretty good for Dual Blades.

The problem with the dual elemental dual blades is that each hit doesn't net you both elementals at once, but depends on which blade hit. It really means you should halve each one. :/

So if you're looking for elemental damage, go for pure blades. Although the Ice-Poison and Thunder-Paralysis dual blades look mighty nice. :3

you are right duals dont do two elements at the same time.... i knew it was too good to be true. well thanks for correcting me.

But i have to say paralysis, poison and sleep are not elements they are status ailments so you still can go for the thunder paralysis mix you want.... i think.
