That area that was being drained was not a wetland but a sedimentation pool. What is a sedimentation pool Mike? Its a area that is dug up so that all the silt from the site can drain there first instead of the Moffat Creek!!

Do you know that that area was a farmland before? Actually you would know as you grew up in that area.

I phone the police and the line was busy, so I called the MOE and made a report, then I called the GRCA and left a detailed message, then I called the MNR and explained what was going on. A conservation officer from the MNR did show up and we discussed the legal issues and if I can prove that there are species that are endangered or threatened then destroying there habitat is a crime and will hold up in a court of law. I need your help people!
