and, @sephiroth87932, yes the tails create drag, no matter what material it is, or how light it is, for me, this drag is just enough to make isolations really easy

Well yeah youve got some advanced stuff there although I would have liked to see some of the more advanced butterflies (one arm across the back) but I did like your wraps, throws and spirals. How are you doing with contact staff nowadays? You had a few good basics when you rolled the video.

ok your repertoire is good but i wouldn't say advanced. also it looks like you're just running through a list of tricks doing them a few times each and repeating the list. And yeah wraps look messy with tails. Buuuut nice jump and nice foldy, underarm, split-time butterfly thingy..
