Check out the original recording sometime... you guys almost have the form right (your not giving the f chord at the beginning its full length when you go into the solos)
this is pretty good. just a simple tip for your sax player though: enjoyed the solo.. good natural sense of jazz rhythm, but you resolve the vast majority of your lines to the tonic. its fine using the blues scale.. but it would sound much cooler if you resolved to the seventh or ninth every once in a while to create some interest. i appreciate this is a year ago now and you will have all improved.. keep it up.

Fabulous, but I agree with b0dkinarr0w below. You should resolve more your lines on something other than the tonic.
