This man talks sense - 1/ Take the multi-billion pound industry in illegal drugs away from gangsters, gun-runners and criminal gangs.

2/ Regulate, Educate and Tax (like we do with tobacco and alcohol already).

3/ Halve the prison population and the harm that prohibition causes to individuals and society as a whole.

Its a win win situation form them. They get all the money secretly from the cartels, and then get millions in grants to pretend to fight the cartels they are infact running! Its truly ridiculous.
