How do you steal an election when there are multiple counting ballots? Especially a supervised recount? The reason his opponent was in the lead is because it was shown ballots were counted as "unclear" when a person with common sense could look at them as see they were a vote for Franken.

It's not a popularity contest. Even if I don't agree with everything that Franken represents, the election board certified him as the winner.  I do believe his campaign tried everything to get his vote talley higher, and I believe Coleman fought that effort and tried to get his (Coleman's) vote count higher as well. This is the system we have, and it worked in Franken's favor this time.

It doesn't make him a saint, and it doesn't mean that being conservative is evil. It's not a prom vote.
