Substance was decent, but for any 1L's watching this for tips I would not recommend adopting this sort of tone for oral argument. You need to be more deferential. Act like the judge is giving you an opportunity to explain and clarify your argument, not like the judge is your adversary. Also...don't ever tell the judge to "listen!" It sounded really obnoxious which is probably why those students were laughing.
Pretty good - but Carnival Cruise is a 9th circuit case. I liked the purposeful availment line of argument, however it sounded like the freeware aspect of this case really hurt your position...
We can never find justice at the hands of corrupt judges. (See YouTube videos) Judge to Judge on Illegal Payments to Judges / Evil Triangle of Court Corruption / Richard Fine / Dr Shirley Moore /SBX 211. The fight to end this title wave of corruption in our country must start with the corrupt judges. We can not bring evidence of corruption to corrupt judges. Los Angeles Superior Court judges are illegally and unconstitutionally taking 50,000.00 each for a total of 23 million per year.
the people laughing in the back are just envious of how well he is doing. I hate people like that at my law school.

Very good for a first time. Just please stop reading off the script! That's generally a negative.

I think the laughing was in response to you telling the judge to "Listen!" haha...

What class was this for? Was it part of a Moot court requirement?
I think these kinds of presentations are rare in law school, outside moot court.
Nice job though.

I thought you did well... Pretty rude for people to be laughing, IMO. Seriously, wtf.

I'm going to be using your technique for my oral argument: wide podium stance and righteous finger waving.
