According to the report, it was during the officer's search that he found the loaded weapon. At this point, McVeigh is in custody, handcuffed in the back of the patrol car. SO, the officer didn't start the video until after this...and it's normal protocol to immediately handcuff and arrest someone for not having plates? I'm not law enforcement, but think that's weird that you would handcuff a guy right away for no plates.

he accepted the death penalty because under common law, there was injury; it was with things like the driver's license and license plate that he claimed to be exempt from (no direct injury/victim)

i think it would have been better to keep him alive, too; that way these conspiracy theories could be refuted easier

24 Witnesses say an accomplice with McVeigh, including where he rented the truck & when he stopped at a Tire Shop to ask DIRECTIONS THE MORNING OF THE BOMBING. 12 videos were confiscated by the FBI and a news report said that a source saw the tape which showed the 2nd person in the truck. ATF Agents were told not to report to work that morning. 2 Larger bombs were diffused INSIDE the building. The McVeigh bomb (fertilizer / fuel) couldnt have done the damage caused according to General Partin.

Imagine planting what the Feds described as Large Highly Sophisticated Bombs in a building, then building a Hillbilly Bomb (fertilizer / fuel) & asking directions to get to same building & using car without a tag for a get away, so you are caught very quickly. There's no "theory"--conspiracy or otherwise--in asking the government to do a reasonable investigation that addresses serious and perfectly legitimate questions, which never happened in this case. Doing so would only benefit the govt itself, if it was telling the truth.
